About this event
The Hollywoodland exhibit at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures showcases the contributions of Jewish founders to the film industry, featuring multimedia displays and historical artifacts. Dara Jaffe, Associate Curator at the Academy Museum, will be our personal guide for a 1-hour tour. Members Only: $21.00.
Before the tour, lunch on your own at Fanny's Cafe & Restaurant (inside the museum), but be in the Lobby by 12:45 pm as the tour starts promptly at 1:00 pm.
Other excellent exhibits you can tour on your own include: Marilyn Monroe: Hollywood Icon, Studio Ghibili's Ponyo, Director's Inspiration: Bong Joon Ho and Barbie to Anna Karenina: The Cinematic Worlds of Sarah Greenwood and Katie Spencer.
Public parking for the Museum is available nearby at LACMA’s Pritzker Parking Garage and at the Petersen Automotive Museum (across the street) or take the Metro.
