LUNCH & LACMA
Enjoy a visit to LACMA, including the new Geffen Gallery. We'll be meeting for lunch at 1:00 pm at The Meyers Manx Cafe inside the Peterson Automotive Museum across the street from LACMA (no admission fee required). Visit LACMA on your own, either before or after lunch.
Those choosing to visit LACMA in the morning can join Gary and Linda Spivack at the METRO North Hollywood Red (B Line) station at 9:45 am at the bottom of the escalator near the ticket machines. We'll take the METRO to Vermont/Wilshire, go downstairs and take the D line West to the Wilshire/Fairfax station. Remember to pay $3.00 to park at the Red (B Line) station; you will need to know your license plate number to pay for parking.
**When you register, be sure to register for lunch so that we can make enough reservations. If you are choosing to use the METRO with Gary and Linda in the morning, be sure to also register for that activity so that Gary and Linda know who will be meeting them at the METRO.
We recommend taking METRO which takes you directly to the Museum. But if you choose to drive, parking is available at either the Pritzker parking garage on 6th Street just East of Fairfax for $23.00 or at the Peterson Automotive Museum or nearby lots starting at $15.00.
Seniors pay $21.00 at the Museum. Lunch is at your own cost. Wear comfortable shoes since there will be a lot of walking.
