Jewish Los Angeles Walking Tour - Downtown LA
About this event
This 2-hour tour begins at 11:00 AM in front of the Grand Central Market, and tells the story of how the Hellman brothers helped to build Los Angeles in the opening decades of the 20th century. The tour includes the Hellman Building, Farmers & Merchants Bank, the Million Dollar Theater built by Sid Grauman, the site of the offices of the B'nai B'rith Messenger and others.

Optional Breakfast (at your own cost) at 10:00 AM will be at Boichik Bagels in The Bradbury Bldg. (near Grand Central Market) at 304 South Broadway.
Parking is at the Grand Central Market Parking Garage or Metro. Bring water and snacks if you wish - walk is about one mile on level sidewalks.
